A Participant or authorized delegate is responsible for authorizing and authenticating their users the right to access the Santa Cruz Health Information Organization.  The Participant or delegate must identify the organization they are with, the functional role of the user, a work email for the user and must inform the Santa Cruz HIO whether an individual is approved for a Direct Secure Email account. The Participant or authorized delegate must inform the Santa Cruz Health Information Organization if at any point an Authorized User’s approval should be revoked.
